Enhanced European visibility

AUTHOR : Kathleen Figueiredo Laissy, Managing Director, APE Europe
APE Europe is preparing to launch a comprehensive roadmap. We asked its new Managing Director a few questions.
Plasticulture Magazine: You are joining APE Europe with a definite European added value. Can you tell us more about this?
Kathleen Figueiredo Laissy: I am resolutely European due to my dual Portuguese and French family culture. My mother was a European civil servant, so I grew up in Belgium and attended the European School before spending a few years in the United Kingdom to pursue my university studies in International Relations and Management.
My career in European public affairs has a definite agricultural and environmental dimension, in both the public and private sectors. For several years, I have represented the government of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (Portugal) before the European institutions, an activity that I will continue in parallel with APE Europe, allowing me to be fully at the heart of the Brussels ecosystem.
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
