They also allow for a modification of solar radiation useful for plants. By doping greenhouse covering films with compounds that modify the solar spectrum, it is possible to increase photosynthesis efficiency. For several years, PhotoFuel has been developing new products designed to improve the optical and spectral properties of agricultural covering films. We will present the results obtained in the laboratory and in pilot greenhouses, which demonstrate the interest of the approach for industry and the agricultural world.
