However, they must also meet the challenges of the ecological transition. Futerro explains how polylactic acid (PLA) is an interesting solution from production to recycling.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The rise of plastics and the green revolution of the 20th century brought about a lasting transformation in agricultural practices, increasing both yields and product quality. Today, however, it is inconceivable not to consider plastic pollution, and even less so the subject of micro- and nano-plastics, which are now centre stage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While these issues are now well understood, alternatives need to be developed and ramped up to support the ecological transition of all sectors, including the agricultural sector, without compromising productivity and quality. Faced with this challenge, PLA and other bio-sourced and\/or compostable plastics could stand out as viable, sustainable and long-term alternatives to traditional petro-sourced materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"mepr_error\"><div class=\"zx-content-lock\">\n<div class='zx-dummy-content''>\n<p>There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable.
