The 20th CIPA Congress was held in conjunction with the 15th CIDAPA Congress in Saltillo (Mexico) from October 28th to 30th 2015 with 200 participants form 30 countries. Focused on the contribution of plastics to the food security, the congress contributed to understand better the concept of “Intesive Ecological Agriculture” and its field application, especially trough the control of the plants and harvests microclimatic conditions.
